Once you purchase a voucher, you’ll receive a unique license key/code via email. This key/code is used to register for your certification exam on the official exam provider’s platform.

Exam vouchers purchased from TechCert Training can be used on the official exam provider’s website, such as Pearson VUE, Certiport, PSI, depending on the certification. They are valid online or at authorized test centers as specified by the provider.

Yes! Exam vouchers are transferable. You can gift the voucher or provide it to a colleague or student. The recipient simply uses the unique access key to register for the exam.

Refunds for exam vouchers are subject to our Refund Policy and the exam provider’s terms. Typically, once a voucher is delivered digitally, it cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a technical issue.
