TechCert Training Refund Policy
We value our customers and aim to ensure satisfaction. Refunds are available under the following conditions:
Digital Products

Refunds accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the product has not been used or activated.

Example: Exam vouchers not yet redeemed.
Physical Products

Refunds accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is returned undamaged, unopened, and in original packaging.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return items.
Exceptions

No refunds are issued if the product is used, opened, or damaged.
